AMC was formed by two like minded individuals with a passion for hospitality with the aim to assist and offer guidance, support and solutions for the day to day problems that our clients face in this industry.
Audrey and Lorraine have worked together for over 15 years throughout the UK and Europe and are aware of all the challenges that owning, opening and operating a business can bring to you, we understand at times how daunting certain aspects of the business can be and how at times a re-assuring word or some guidance or expert help can make an unsurmountable task all of a sudden become manageable.
We are highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in working in fast paced challenging environments. We are both creative and like to push boundaries and strongly believe in self accountability. Whilst Audrey is a strategic thinker, a good communicator and problem solver. Lorraine strives to impact and influence others and assist in coaching and development. We believe all of our previous experience has brought us to this point where we can offer a wealth of skills and make a valuable contribution to our clients.
We also believe that work should be enjoyable and our clients should be prepared to enjoy the experience, this is integral to us.
